Refund policy

Refund/Return communication happens the way you want it to happen , and the 3 available ways are:

The call facility is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Whereas the WhatsApp and Email facility is available for the whole 24 hours

Please note that returns will be sent to the following address: Divyansh Nilyam , opposite Mamata Apartments, Shivpuri, Patna Bihar, 800023 , India, the same address of the manufacturer and the amount would be refunded

Further if you are returning the dress, the condition of the dress should be the same that it was at the time of delivery

To return the product, you can contact us within 7 days from the day of delivery of the product

The exact measurements of the small size , the medium size and the large size  has been provided in the description of the products
